Arts and Crafts on the Patio
This will be the last of this season’s events at the Superstition Mountain Museum. We will have over 30 local artists and crafters on the patio and on the grounds selling their products, which will include horseshoe art, drawing and paintings, jewelry, wood carvings, hand-sewn products, wood craft, prickly pear products, walking sticks, thunder gourds, leather goods, pottery, hand made baby products, photography, and rocks and rock art.
In addition to awesome artists and crafters, the large trains will be running from 10 to 2, and Jon “the Cowboy Blacksmith” will be entertaining visitors at his forge in the blacksmith shop in the barn from 9 to 2, and their will be a Stamp Mill demo at 11:00.
From 10 to 2, there will be activities for the kids, including Metates demos and gold panning.
Our awesome volunteers will be selling tickets for chances to win one of many prizes that have been donated by our artists and crafters, with all proceeds going to help us with creating new exhibits and displays.
- The event is open from 9 to 4, and is free of charge.
- This is our last event of the season, so don’t miss it!
