Desert Safety and Survival Class

Desert Safety & Survival Class at the MuseumHiking or Camping in the Sonoran Desert is an amazing experience but can turn deadly if you are not prepared. In this special class former Green Beret Sergeant and Survival Instructor John Jay Pelletier will teach you important tips about surviving in just about any situation.

Learn what John Jay packs in his back pack.

Class fee of $30.00 includes a special survival kit for your back pack and a copy of his survival booklet.

Group rates are available for for groups of 4 or more; contact Jeff Danford at 480-983-4888 Ext. 105 to make group reservations.

You may want to bring a hat, a cushion or a lawn chair, and plenty of water, as the class is taught outside in the Amphitheater. John Jay’s books will be on sale in the Gift Shop.
