Class – Wild Edible & Medicinal Plants of the Wild West
On this “field trip” at the Museum, you will take an easy tour of the Superstition Museum grounds as best selling author, Dennis Ellingson, explains what plants grow here and how they were and are still used for culinary and medicinal purposes. There will be time for Q&A plus edible and topical samples of the Southwest plants that grow in the area.
Dennis Ellingson is a best selling author of 7 books. Books in current distribution are “God’s Healing Herbs”, “God’s Wild Herbs”, “The Herb Guy’s Cookbook” plus the Westerns “The Painted Hills” and “Hells Canyon”. Some of these titles are sold in the Museum Gift Shop.
