Class- Plant Talk – What’s Fer Dinner? The Medicine Cabinet in your Kitchen presented by best-selling author Dennis Ellingson
Discover the Benefits of using Culinary Herbs and Wild Plants in simple and satisfying dishes. Learn about the use of culinary herbs and local plants and the healthy benefits of them. There will be samples from the new “Herb Guy’s Cookbook” at each class. Plus learn while some of our most favorite herbs are the medicines in your kitchen cupboard. Samples will be available.
Dennis Ellingson is a best selling author of 7 books. Books in current distribution are “God’s Healing Herbs”, “God’s Wild Herbs”, “The Herb Guy’s Cookbook” plus the Westerns “The Painted Hills” and “Hells Canyon”. Some of these titles are sold in the Museum Gift Shop.
