Movies at the Museum – McLintock!
John Wayne’s most popular vehicle of the 1960s. McLintock (Wayne) tries to keep the peace between his wife (O’Hara), his headstrong daughter, the crooked land agent and the thieving government Indian agent.
The movie is preceded by an episode of the one-half hour television show The Cisco Kid starring Duncan Renaldo. The Cisco Kid and his sidekick Pancho, played by Leo Carillo, follow in the footsteps of The Lone Ranger by fighting injustice in the Old West.
Movies at the the Museum are free to the public, with donations gratefully accepted, and will be shown in the air-conditioned Elvis Chapel. Refreshments are available in Charlie’s General Store, located in the Apacheland Barn. Visitors are encouraged to come early as seating in the Chapel is limited.
