Today’s movie, the sixth in our First Annual Movies at the Museum series featuring Olde-Tyme Classic Western movies is the 1934 John Wayne classic “West of the Divide“, in which Wayne poses as a deceased killer in order to find his long lost brother and discovered who killed their father.

The movie is preceded by the 9th and 10th installments of the Rin Tin Tin serial “The Lone Defender“, in which our canine hero is caught in the middle of a fight between the bad guys and the good guys over a secret gold mine that was owned by the dog’s late owner.
