Local Authors and Artists invade the museum grounds
Local authors and artists whose work features the Superstition Mountains, the Apache Junction area, or the Central Arizona Desert, or the Southwest and its culture, nature and history will be set up on the patio and grounds to display, talk about, and sell their books and artworks. This event is free to the public.
Refreshments will be available on the grounds and in the General Store. Entertainment will be provided by local entertainers.
There will be a Stamp Mill Demo at 11:00.
Buy a raffle ticket! As a Self-supporting organization that receives no federal, state, or local funding, we rely on revenues generated by our gift shops, events, and fundraisers. As one of our fundraisers, at each of our art events we raffle off art and craft items donated by our artists. Raffle tickets are priced at 1 for $1, or 6 for $5. Winning tickets are drawn from tickets sold that day. Winner must be present to win.
Don’t forget to buy some tickets for this season’s special fundraising raffle of a 1/4oz gold nugget. Tickets are on sale for $1.00 each, or six for $5.00. The drawing will be held on March 29th, at the conclusion of Dan Ware’s lecture. You need not be present to win.
We appreciate your support and participation in our raffle fundraisers.
